Design

An original combination of avant-garde form, compactness and style. The low chassis and compactly located units ensure the stability of the loader operation with maximum braking delay or when lifting the rated load to a great height.

Environmental friendliness

Environmental protection is carried out through the use of modern engines with emission of harmful substances that meet the current environmental standards.

Operability

Its high level is ensured by the excellent dynamic qualities of the forklift, its high working speeds of lifting and lowering, high speed of movement, maneuverability and stability.

Chassis

All-welded steel structure, as closed as possible, provides reliable protection, free access and maintenance of individual components and assemblies of the loader. The chassis has been tested by the edge element method and tested under heavy load conditions.

Lifting device

The following lifts are used: duplex with transport free running; duplex with free running; triplex – for different lifting heights. All lifts are designed to provide improved visibility to the driver. Connection or integration of various types of interchangeable structures is possible.

Hydrodynamic transmission

Modern design with low noise level of hydrodynamic transmission, realizing smooth start and change of direction of movement of the forklift, high transmission ratio. Depending on the carrying capacity, WG80 transmissions, transmissions with an output for driving the working hydraulics, one-speed and two-speed hydrodynamic transmissions without such a output are used.

Steering

Non-feedback hydrostatic steering. It is powered by a common pumping unit with the working hydraulics or by a separate pump (depending on the layout)

Brake system

Provides the necessary safety when driving and parking and meets the requirements of BDS EEN 1726

Electrical equipment

The forklift trucks are fully equipped with a lighting and signaling system consisting of halogen headlights for driving, front and rear working lights, side lights, direction indicators and brake lights.
The built-in combination indicator device passively monitors all the parameters necessary for normal operation, and also actively monitors the five most important parameters.

Cabin

The detached cab module wraps around the overhead guard frame and the driver’s station. The easily movable sheet metal flooring allows easy access to the hydrodynamic transmission and transmission. The top cover of the engine is easily lifted by gas springs and provides easy access for maintenance and repair work.

Tyres

The main modification is equipped with standard tires, but it is possible to equip it with other options.
